At age 18, Junior Esperanza has returned for his follow up examination.Beginning in his later teen years, Junior has taken up Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) as his main athletic endeavor. His body has been stripped of all visible body hair (chest, underarms, pubic area, buttocks) as befitting a fighting machine.
Junior is well blessed in the area of his maleness. His uncut flaccid penis is 4 1/2″ in length and rises to a thick, turgid 8 inches when it is fully extended.On Junior’s last physical exam, I performed his prostate examination and I wanted to go a little deeper (in my examination) today so I included an anoscopic exam. Like before, he assumed the proper position for me without any further instruction.
Junior had expressed a bit of interest in sexual devices to assist in the arousal process; devices such as a penis pump (to increase the length and girth of his penis) and a butt plug (to further stimulate the prostate). I demonstrate these devices for him and then at the ultimate conclusion of today’s exam, I leave Junior and permit him to extract a tasty semen specimen.
Typically when a model leaves my office, I generally walk them out of the building to make sure that they don’t get lost. Exiting the building with Junior, I found that his girlfriend had been waiting for him all during his examination. He went over to the car and gives her a big hug and kiss. I wondered if she could detect the taste of his semen on his breath as he kissed her.
