While he is only 18 years old, Phillip is one of the hairiest patients that I have had on my exam table in quite awhile. He is also a member of a growing trend of young men that like to “free ball”. Phillip was suitably dressed for the colder temerature today as he showed up wearing a thermal undershirt and very snug pants.
As I had him undress for his exam, I was able to get a good look at his chest and underarms. For his age, he is extremely hairy and I would guess that Phillip has never done any personal body grooming whatsoever. As he tugged and yanked at his tight pants, a thick mat of genital hair came into view which almost totally obscured his flaccid penis. Phillip’s flaccid penis initially would give you the impression that he was uncut. It was only during my examination of his genitals that I was able to determined that he actually is circumsized.
There should be no doubt, in Phillip’s case, that he has not experienced any objects going into his rectum. The rectal thermometer slipped out twice when I was attempted to record his temperature. The prostate exam was even much more difficult. After several attempts and a lot of deep breathing exercises, I was able to pop past his very tight sphincter.
The lack of enthusiasm that Phillip displayed during the initial examination was all forgotten as he geared up for the semen collection phase. Huffing and puffing, Phillips succeeded in producing an ample amount of semen delivered to the collection dish.
