I have been doing this for awhile now. When you are dealing with straight males that are scheduled to do a solo video shoot; it is a far easier task to complete. When you bring two straight males into the same room to do a shoot and try to get them to interact with each other is when the troubles usually happens. Unfortunately, I was never able to even get them into the room at the same time for this scheduled examination video shoot.
One of my scheduled actors (I will not mention whom), did not show up. So my grand plans had to be shelved in favor of a solo exam, which was perfectly fine for me as well. (Excuse the business interjection here, I still get a great video at considerably less of an expense).
Returning for his follow up exam is 24 year old Chad Wills. You might remember him from an earlier blog post as he was at that time wearing a western cowboy hat. Donning a baseball cap today but still wearing his dusty western cowboy boots, I ask Chad to get undressed to prepare for his exam.
Chad appeared for this exam without wearing undershorts, so it is his naked form that settles in on my exam table. Chad has some blond hairs on his chin, dark brown hairs covering his arm pits, a shaved genital area, and then fine blondish hairs on his legs.
Since this is a follow up to his previous exam, I did require an additional specimen today and handed Chad a cup to collect a urine specimen. It took him a bit of time, but he was able to produce a fair amount of the yellow liquid. I did spend a little more time during this exam exploring Chad’s rectum and I was also able to wiggle two fingers into his tight orifice to facilitate that exploration.
Also to note and in partial response to some great suggestions from members, I have begun using HD video cameras for all new exam recordings. Notice I said cameras, as in plural. I will be shooting from an additional new angle, examples of that are below. The secondary camera is going to be mounted in such a way as to give you a view like you would be hovering above the exam table. I am really pleased on the initial results and look forward to working with both of these HD cameras.

Joey Platinum
Joey Platinum (23 years old) landed on my exam table today as a direct result of a referral from another patient, Hagan Lawless. As you might expect, this does not happen often. Although they both received an exam on this day, doing the exam together was not even an option. Hagan did not give his friend “a heads up” about what to expect which gave me some reassurance to move forward.
Joey has an infectious smile and although there is this bad boy attitude that lingers about him, he stayed fairly jovial throughout the rigorous examination that I had planned for him today. His history of playing sports prepared him for what a “doctor” would ask him to do so that allowed me to freely roam my hands over his body and examine the most intimate parts at my leisure.
I gave Joey his first prostate exam at this visit today and it was followed immediately by a urethral specimen culture. At the conclusion of the exam, Joey took matters in his own and rapidly move towards the final explosive conclusion.

This is the first of two exam videos that Shane Buckhorn took part in. The next segment will be featured on the 15th of next month..
Shane Buckhorn has the unique distinction of being my youngest patient. He turned 18 years old just 4 days ago. Yes, believe me, I checked and re-checked his identification 3 times. Some people at age 28 act like they are an 18 year old, the reverse is true with Shane, as he exhibits a maturity beyond his physical age. I would assume that the Martial Arts disciplines that he has studied for the last 6 years have contributed to his level of maturity and also have contributed to the development of his compact and extremely toned body.
During my initial examination, I discussed with Shane the secondary traits of his adolescence that were taking place on his body. His chest has the markings of hairs appearing around each of his nipples which frame a patch of hair that is nestled between his pectorals. His abdomen is fairly barren until you reach his naval where a happy trail descends into a lush growth of hair in his pubic area and covering his legs. Shane performed admirably and enthusiastically received his first adult physical examination and all that it entailed, which culminated in a tasty conclusion.

Just like your typical “doctor’s office”, I periodically send out reminders to patients that it is time for their annual physical examination. Most often, that notice goes unheeded and I never hear back from the patient. Such was not the case with Shaw. Shaw Malcolm, now 26 years old, is still in prime condition. As you might remember, Shaw also is a Mixed Martial Arts fighter and he is able to utilize his boxing and wrestling skills in the ring.
Unfortunately, while he was out of town taking part in a match, he broke his hand (while delivering a blow right to his opponents very hard forehead). Shaw is just now able to get back into his workout routine and to get his clean bill of health from me, I took it upon myself to thoroughly check him over, inside and out.
Omitted at his last exam was a thorough internal examination so in addition to his full physical exam, I also performed a more thorough examination of his prostate and rectum through the use of an anoscope. Shaw appreciated my dedication to this task for at the conclusion of his exam, I demonstrate how effective pressure, when applied to the prostate, can be to trigger an ejaculation.

Despite what you might think, Carl Marcus was a great patient. He was conversational and receptive to all that I had in mind for him (despite his thugish appearance).
Carl Marcus at 19 years of age, starting playing baseball at an early age and then moved on to football and basketball. His years of playing sports and being the subject of numerous physical exams made him, for me, a very easy patient to examine.
At 19 years, however, I did give him his first prostate examination and he accepted his medicine like a good patient. Carl completed the exam visit and worked his penis up to a creamy finish.

Remo is a recent transplant to the area; moving here from Denver. Growing up, his main sports were baseball and track. It has been about a year since his last physical exam and this is going to be his first “adult” physical.
Remo sees himself as quite the lady’s man. He had his first sexual encounter at an early age so that has given him a quiet, confidence about his abilities. After that first sexual encounter, which he admits, he was not that good at, he now states that “all the girls that he has been with since have really enjoyed themselves and some thought that he was “too big” !
Remo fully became a man today as he received his first complete prostate and rectal examination. To his credit, he allowed me full access to do whatever was required, including the obligatory urethral swab of his penis. I permitted Remo to conclude this exam on his own and he enthusiastically went after it and produced a great specimen.

This bonus feature is the second release of several that I did with Travis Vincent BEFORE he moved on and began his adult video career with another company.
Travis returns for a wrestling physical exam and he shows up at the office clad in his wrestling singlet, jock strap AND sporting a new military style hair cut. Gone are the strawberry blond locks from his previous appearance.
Travis receives a very thorough exam on this visit, which in addition to more detailed questioning, he is also subjected to some body measurements and a bit of office exercises to monitor his heart rate. Also, some more intimate measurements are recorded at this time.
Travis does have a remarkable uncircumcised penis and he extends it to its full 7 1/2 inches to deliver a fine semen specimen.

Lorenzo had a series of broken bones in his hands, which resulted in, most of his visits to the doctor over the past few years. His last full physical was for sports and his school sports were soccer, football and track.
Lorenzo has maintained his body well since his high school sporting days and what little hair that does grows on his body, he has shaved baby smooth. Lorenzo allowed me to roam my hands freely over his body and take full liberties as I examined his uncut penis.
Lorenzo received his first prostate exam at this visit today and he accepted all that I had to make him endure in a very manly fashion. He culminated today’s visit and provided a milky white semen sample.

Charlie Johansonn at 21 years of age, comes from Swedish and Mexican heritage, talk about a melting pot ! At 5’10″ tall, weighing at 165 pounds, Charlie is perfectly height and weight proportional. Charlie’s early sports endeavors were football and soccer of which, you can tell, soccer held a lasting effect on his extremely toned body.
Owing to his hertiage, I assume, Charlie’s body, with it’s pale skin tones, is fairly hairless. What little hair that exists on his body is kept trimmed back to a minimum, with just a trace of hair near his naval before heading south to his pubic region.
I have run across the telltale signs before, so I was a bit prepared. Whenever a patient encounters pain during the insertion of a baby rectal thermometer, a prostate exam is going to be an extremely difficult procedure and such was the case with Charlie. He literally jumped off of the table as I attempted to give it to him.
Rather than force the issue, I allowed him to continue on his own and instructed him that I would require a semen specimen at the conclusion of his exam today and that seemed to be more to his liking. Charlie likes to take care of his business while he is standing. With his specimen dish close by, Charlie took matters into his own hand and stroked a big “standing room only” finish.
