At age 18, Junior Esperanza has packed in a lot of living into a short span of time. He started puberty at a very early age and once he found out that his male apparatus was working properly; he set out to find a conquest to try it out on.

During those formative years, it was football that occupied Junior’s time for his athletic endeavors. He took part in that sport from his middle school years all through to high school. Training for football includes countless hours in the weight room at school and that helped him to develop the strength required for him to excel.

As he started puberty early and that, coupled with his athletic endeavors, have given Junior a cheerful outlook. He thought nothing odd when the nurse that give him his first physical requested that he strip naked from the waist down. He was glad that it was a female that gave him that earlier exam (even though she was not the best looking).

Beginning in his later teen years, Junior has taken up Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) as his main athletic endeavor. His body has been stripped of all visible body hair (chest, underarms, pubic area, buttocks) as befitting a fighting machine. Junior is well blessed in the area of his maleness. His uncut flaccid penis is 4 1/2″ in length and rises to a thick, turgid 8 inches when it is fully extended.

As this was Junior’s first adult physical exam, I told him it would include a prostate check. Although it was first time, he assumed the proper position for me without any further instruction. I wished all those that hop up onto my exam table were as easy to examine as Junior !

Duane Ross is a very busy young man and it took several attempts to get him onto my exam table and I was really glad that I was able to. In addition to working a full time job, Duane is also a volunteer firefighter in his small community and he has aspirations of being a paramedic.

Athletically, Duane took part in both football and baseball but shied away from the organized team participation. He much preferred the unstructured, camaraderie of just playing with his friends, rather than the organized, school promoted events.

Further, to dispel the imagery of a sedentary firefighter, Duane regularly took full advantage of the workout faculties at the firehouse and his trim, athletic body clearly shows the fruit of that labor.

Duane was a fully co-operative and mature patient. His exam shows his level of maturity and he handles himself well in that regard.

Scott Garrard looks like a football player. This 22 year old is solidly built at 5’11″ tall and weighing in at 175 pounds. There is a quiet confidence about Scott. He started puberty ahead of most of his teammates and that proved to make him an early team leader which gave him a confidence about his abilities on and off the field.

Scott has a dusting of hair left on his body as most of his chest and pubic area, he keeps shaved smoothed. Flaccid his penis hangs at a show piece of 4 inches in length and grows to a manly 8 inches when he aroused.

Scott was totally relaxed all through my examination of his body. Even though, I gave him first adult physical, which included a prostate check, he accepted all that I required to do as part of his examination.

Since leaving the military, ex-Army marksman, Jack Killian received his first non-military exam today and he accepted all that I had for him with good humor. Jack spent 3 years in the Army and did receive several military awards during his enlistment period. This 24 year old has maintained his body in tip top condition since leaving government service. Jack detailed a little of his previous military exam experiences.

Jack’s maturity and life experiences made him a very easy patient for me to examine today. So with St. Patrick’s day looming, I bring you Jack Killian.

College freshman, Brady Herald, received his first true adult physical exam on this visit to my office. The eighteen year old has had a variety of exams over the years for his sporting activities of track, soccer and baseball, and while he says he is comfortable being naked, there is always the extra bit of excitement that goes with an adult physical exam.

Brady has hung up his track shoes in favor of devoting time to his studies but he still does find time to maintain his athletic form by working out at the gym. As I gazed at his naked form lying on my exam table, I believe he has kept his body in remarkable form. Brady’s maturation process started at an early age however, as he developed at the same age as most of his teammates, he was never ostracized or made to feel uncomfortable for his burgeoning growth of hair. Brady has just a hint of a happy trail which descends into a lush, growth of pubic hair and (for fans of hairy legs), then fans out to his extremely hirsute legs.

Brady obviously felt some nervous anticipation of what was to follow for as I began his exam, for it did not take his young penis to become fully aroused. It sprouted up to a full erection just has I began the examination of his abdominal quadrant. Likewise, he remained fully aroused as I began the genital exam and since this is an adult physical, Brady succumbed to his first prostate examination today.

I presume that as Brady became accustomed to his surroundings; the excitement of being naked in a new location had worn off. He was having a bit of difficulty and I was only to happy to step in to assist with the semen collection to conclude his exam.

My “bad boy” models continue with the addition of Justin Mann. This is the first of two encounters with Justin. In the second one, which will be released at a later date, I have him detail his experiences in the juvenile detention system.

Justin is an avid skateboarder and it fits his lanky frame and his casual attitude about life. During his formative years, Justin also played football for his school team at the wide receiver position. It was for this activity that Justin received his first sports related physical exam. Justin’s mother drove him to the doctor’s office on that day and when questioned, you can see the relief on his face that she remained in the waiting room while he was examined. Prior to the start of the examination, Justin posed quite a few questions to both his mother and the nurse regarding what was going to happen to him during the exam. He seemed most “worried” by the thought of having to receive two fingers in the booty hole. No Justin, two fingers in the booty hole will happen much later, like maybe today !

Justin is a fine physical specimen and even with his bad boy attitude, there was something pretty endearing about him. He is anxious to do a good job and to that end, I think he accomplished it very nicely. For all of his initial fears, Justin winced a bit, but accepted the two finger probing of his rectum in a very manly fashion. Likewise, he was also very accommodating and while he did not enjoy it, he assisted me with the collection of a urethral swab.

Justin was such a good patient, as a matter of fact, that I could not resist giving him a bit of applause at the end, my own special handshake, and help him to provide a specimen for our lab.

Roberto Alonzo has the build that you would expect from a soccer player. At 5’10″, 167 pounds, he could definitely sprint and fight for ball control during his years of playing soccer (middle school through high school). This 19 year old also played on his school’s football team as a center. Initially, I had trouble envisioning him playing a center, that was of course, until I saw him bent over and in a playing stance on my exam table.

Roberto is definitely a ladies man, he has a winning smile that definitely draws attention to his face. He is quietly confident in his abilities and while he is not a modest person, at times he definitely experiences some embarrassing moments.

Many heterosexual athletes get aroused during their sports physical exams. It is a fact of nature. Their bodies react and they rise to the occasion just as helium would cause a balloon to rise. Roberto is one of those straight athletes that I was speaking of. Laying naked on my exam table, while I was intently listening to his heart and lung sounds, I detected movement out of the corner of my eye. I glanced over just in time to see his penis, literally spring up, and inflate right before my eyes. Much like my “helium into a balloon analogy” !

As the examination continued, Roberto became a man today ! Our soccer player received his first prostate examination and he admitted to me that he did feel a bit of sexual energy as my finger tapped away internally.

Roberto concluded his examination and produce an extremely large sample for testing purposes.

Jackson is a country boy that likes to come into the big city for fun and adventure (and a physical exam) as it turns out. He had minor brushes with “law and order” growing up and that experience has left him with a little “rough around the edges” attitude to his country boy demeanor.

Jackson keeps his body fairly devoid of hair, grooming his pubic area down to a “landing strip” of hair growth, but as typical with most straight males, he kept his underarm hair and wisps of hair covering his buttocks. Jackson received his first prostate examination at this visit to my office and to his credit, accepted his fate without too much of a squawk.

At the conclusion of his exam today, Jackson works his 7 1/2″ penis to a creamy finish.
