Curtis Konrad is back for a more intensive and invasive examination. The 25 year old, did a six year enlistment with the Marine Corps before he landed onto my examination table and yet, I was the first one to give him a rectal examination. As far as ex-Marines go, Curtis is a fairly calm individual and it is mainly due to his easy going manner that enabled me to take further liberties.

Curtis shows up for today’s exam in a sleeveless workout shirt and compression shorts. The shirt is removed as the examination begins while the compression shorts will serve their purpose for the moment and keep his amble member restrained. As a whole, Curtis is practically hairless. His pectorals are baby smooth and his genital region is shaved smooth. The overall effect lends itself to make his genitals an imposing sight when the compression shorts are removed.

Even though he is flaccid, his penis and scrotum have density about them. A close inspection reveals his penis to be 4 inches in length and his scrotum contain fairly large testicles. All of his genitalia is closely examined both while laying on the exam table and standing naked before me. Propped up onto his hands and knees, I continued to explore Curtis further; a much more detailed inspection than any military doctor had given to him previously. It is always a sense of accomplishment to get a patient to acknowledge that I have both located their prostate and have given them a bit of sexual excitement through my explorations. So to get this big, strapping, ex-Marine to say this brought a bit of a smile to my face.

Flipping Curtis around, I positioned him on his back with his legs withdrawn and curled up against his abdomen. I continued with his rectal examination and for further exploration and before he had time to react, I lubricated and inserted an anoscope to probe and examine him further. To his credit, my Marine sucked it up and adapted to what was being done to him, like a good soldier would.

Curtis does have a really large and thick penis. As the initial examination was concluded, all that remains was the semen collection. To that end, I assisted Curtis, taking matters into my own hand to getting him close to completion until I allowed him to finish and ejaculate into the specimen dish.

Admittedly Jay is a little rough around the edges and this attitude triggered a “bad boy” feel about him to me. It is those bad boys that I find the most interesting of subjects and which I most enjoy “putting them to the test”.

At age 15, Jay spent 6 months in a court mandated boot camp for troubled youth. His induction at boot camp began with a naked, full body inspection upon entering the barracks. He mentioned that while in boot camp, he did do a lot of running for “disciplinary” reasons and it was there that he did develop an interest in track and field. Jay thought his first sports physical was a little weird, a dude feeling up my nuts. This sports physical was done at a clinic that the school directed him to.

For his age, Jay has a fairly “matured” body. His chest hair is fully developed and you can clearly tell how it will develop as he becomes an older adult male. His pubic region, while it is trimmed, still exhibits a detectable hair patten and his legs are natural with clearly visible hair growth.

As I mentioned, a bad boy attitude triggers a response in me to do a more “thorough examination” and so in addition to all that I do at a first patient visit, Jay was introduced to my anoscope for a more extensive, internal examination. As Jay admitted to previously having a STD, I took a urethral culture from my young patient.

Antonio Rivero has a very toned, athletic and compact body. At age 13, he started bodybuilding to develop his muscular frame. It was Antonio’s school Physical Education teacher that suggested he take up wrestling in which he participated throughout his high school years. Antonio said that his wrestling workouts were intense, held twice a day, and definitely contributed to building his stamina.

Antonio, typical of most wrestlers, is very comfortable with his body. Nudity is not a big deal at all to him, something that I always find really welcome about wrestlers and swimmers alike. He exhibits a nonchalant, carefree attitude about nudity that clearly shows in the way he just shucks his boxers down and stands naked before me.

This relaxed manner continues as I had him take a seat on the examination table. At this point, I embarked upon a leisurely medical and personal history question and answer session. All throughout, Antonio was calmly sitting on the table naked and at no point did he even consider shielding his genitalia.

The stamina that Antonio spoke of earlier was clearly obvious as it took him quite awhile to complete the examination and provide the required semen sample. But when able to do so, he produced a very ample specimen for testing purposes.

This update is J.J. West’s second time on my examination table. To satisfy my “medical curiousity” at J.J. ‘s first visit to my office, I was compelled to use a tape measure to record the length of male reproductive organ. I measured his erect penis at 9 1/2″. J.J. confided in me that during times of total sexual arousal, his partner measured him at 11 inches in length.

J.J. West returns today because he is experiencing some soreness with his lower back. I take a personal interest in J.J. and offer to give him a full body massage therapy session to alleviate his discomfort.

This 24 year old participated in both football and hockey during his active sporting years. At 6’04″ tall, he would be an imposing threat in either sport. Further, in the locker room he is also a force to be reckoned with to all those that are not as amply blessed. J.J. while flaccid, is dangling at over 5 1/2 inches.

For this exam, I diagnosed the source of his discomfort as severe muscle strains that are causing the problems. However, just to be sure, I do perform a body cavity inspection to determine that there is no internal damage that could be giving him such discomfort.

J.J. does get aroused during the course of his full body massage and I take the extra care needed to fully examine his erect penis. J.J. continues on his own to provide a much needed release.

It is tough to put my finger on it, but there is something that I just find incredibly sexy about 19 year old, Braden Lang. Shortly after meeting both him and his friend, Cory Dean, I was anxious to bring Braden into town. I wanted to see what he would be like outside of his comfort zone and on my examination table.

Braden keeps his body completely natural. The only thing that Braden shaves is his face. His pubic region just receives a sprucing up with some clippers. Typically of most straight males that I have examined, it is the area surrounding their anus that is normally completely forgotten about, and such is the case with Braden. For some, this would be a distraction (those that would prefer a smooth bottom) but others, including myself, enjoy looking at the patterns of hair follicles and their growth patterns. Braden’s anus is covered with a dense patch of hair, so much in fact, that I had to exercise additional care as my gloved finger was inserted so as not to pull at the strands of hair.

Braden is typical of most straight males that I have examined before him. Once they have had one exam from me, they almost always ask, can we skip the rectal exam part ? And so it was with Braden as well. He really hates it ! So, call it a sadistic streak in me, that I decided to push his anxiety factor a bit with this exam. For the remainder of the details, well, you will just have to wait, watch and see.

In case you missed the little item that I posted on the web site’s News section, I purchased a new exam table and I could not be more happy with the purchase. In addition to having a brand, spanking new, leather cover, it also features pull out stirrups that can expand wider, to allow for more examination possibilities !

To commemorate the new exam table, I have also decided to tweak the web site colors a bit, to a more eye pleasing color scheme that is vaguely similar to my new exam table.

Today’s update features ultimate twink, Brady Burton, an 18 year old cutie.

If you had to look up the term “gay twink” in the dictionary, you might find a picture of Brady Burton as a description. At 18 years of age, (I have a suit that is older than he is), Brady is about as fresh and as tender as you could possibly hope for in a patient.
Brady was involved in soccer, starting at a young age, and Brady confirmed for me that he, along with all of his teammates, used to “freeball” and did not wear anything at all beneath their baggy soccer shorts. Brady and his teammates all grew up together so, locker room nudity and taking showers after games were not big issues.

Brady’s sports physicals were performed at his own doctor. Brady also was involved in the Boys Scouts. His actual first sexual encounter happened with a neighbor that he met during his scouting years and at every over night scout outing, they would share a tent and explore each other. Brady also, along with the other member’s of his troup, were required to have a mandated physical exam at the Boys Scout center. The whole troup would stand around, waiting their turn for the solitary doctor that was performing all of the physicals. Once you got to the head of the line and it became your turn for the examination, the shorts came off and you had to stand naked before the doctor and the other scouts.

I asked Brady if he had managed to hold his composure for the sports and scouting physicals that he has had to endure. However, such was not the case at this examination sequence with me. Brady’s heart was beating so loudly, I swear, I almost did not need a stethoscope to listen. I began to palpate his torso and as I entered the abdominal quadrant, Brady’s penis awoke and rapidly became engorged. springing to a full erection.

Once Brady became erect, his penis remained so for the remainder of the examination. Ah, the wonders of youth ! Previous to this exam, Brady had never experienced a doctor performed rectal examination. As I stated, he remained erect throughout the check of his prostate and additionally, his penis began to leak seminal fluid as well.

For the conclusion, I allowed Brady to continue on his own to produce the required specimen.
