Quite frankly, Jason has an incredible body that was completely hidden underneath his clothes. As I interviewed this 24 year old, he told me that he recently has begun training to take part in a triathlon, which as anyone knows, can be exceptionally grueling but also can be a great “body-shaping” event. As a youth, he took part in swimming and football and his current training has him down to a trim 170 pounds on his 6 foot frame.

I instructed Jason to get undressed for his physical and it was then that I was first able to get a glimpse of the results he had been able to achieve with his training routines. Jason’s chest and torso is exceptionally well defined. Obviously, he has shed some weight recently as the boxers he was wearing today hung loosely upon his body and appeared ready to fall to the floor at any moment.

It was hard and shiny. Actually, I was speaking of the piercing that Jason has directly below the corona of his penis. A former girlfriend talked him into it as she was receiving a genital piercing as well.

Jason maintained good spirits all during his examination. When questioned, he told me that he has had one previous prostate examination. Armed with information, I pressed forward to deeply probe his insides. When I asked him to turn over and lay onto his back, I observed that his penis had reacted to the intense probing, and was pointing straight up towards the heavens. A tiny bit of seminal fluid on the engorged corona provided some natural lubricant as I took a urethral specimen swab. Jason concluded this exam visit with a specimen of his own.

I subjected Steele to another full battery of testing, in addition that is, to another full medical examination. On this visit, I also took a urine sample and another urethral swab, and also, to be sure there were no internal injuries, a full anoscopic exam as well.

I did not detect any serious damage to his extremely toned body however, Steele did report an area of tenderness at the base of his spine. I made time in my hectic schedule to provide my new patient some intense muscle massage therapy, applying aloe vera gel to his most initimate body parts, which culminated in another full semen specimen.

Typically you would find Chad wearing boots, jeans and a baseball cap but he did wear his western hat to visit the doctor today at my request. He considers himself a cowboy and he is definitely a rural, outdoors type of guy.

Antonio Vee has the remarkable distinction of being my first patient that was born in Puerto Rico. The 19 year old told me that where he was from, baseball was the most popular sport and from age 4 and all through his high school years, it became his favorite sport as well. On his team, Antonio played at two different playing positions (shortstop and pitcher) which are both high profile positions.

Graduating high school, Antonio took up bodybuilding for strength and conditioning. He is in the gym working out every day and his work out lasts from 1-2 hours. Antonio is very comfortable with himself. You can tell that his years of playing competitive sports and the time he has spent building up his body have given him a confidence in his abilities.

Antonio probably received his most comprehensive physical exam, to date, on this his first visit to my office. I did conduct a prolonged genital exam as my young patient is uncircumcised and I did part his buttocks to give him his first prostate examination. Interesting to note, something which is very common of my straight, male patients, typically those that shave their chest and pubic areas smooth, often neglect to shave their buttocks and anus areas. Such was the case with Antonio. Inserting a rectal thermometer was no easy task with a thick patch of hair surround his anus.

Antonio admitted to a bit of sexual twinge as my finger probed his prostate today but he also experienced an urgent need to urinate. I allowed him to provide a urine sample and provide he did, as he completely filled up 3 different specimen cups. Likewise, he provided a creamy semen sample at the conclusion of the exam today.

I have had my “medical practice” now for over 13 years. You would think that in that length of time I would have heard pretty much all of the possible adventures or non-adventures that my “patients” might have encountered. Well today’s exam with 21 year old Michael Westridge opened up a new chapter. But more on this later.

I will admit, when Michael walked into my office, I was really taken back by his looks and his demeanor. He is every bit the polite, humble country boy that he appears to be. My confession, honestly, I could not wait for the exam to begin and my chance to see him naked.

Michael took part in his school’s football team holding the position of fullback and on the school’s track team where he was involved in the art of discus throwing as well as numerous long distance events. Ten years of playing football and his career ceased in his sophomore year of school when Michael suffered a broken femur. This injury derailed the remainder of his football activities.

During the process of discovering Michael’s medical and sexual history and development, he confided in me that he began a sexual relationship with a girl that was a year old than he when he was in the 6th grade. They would have various sexual liaisons all over the school grounds: the gymnasium, the baseball field, the football field, anywhere basically where they could have some privacy. Further, he admitted to experiencing a few wet dreams during those adolescent years but…..get this….. he has never masturbated before. Ever ! His first ejaculation took place when he was seduced by the girl at school.

Michael has maintained in body in tip top shape since high school. He is 5’10″ tall, weighs 147 pounds and has a 30 inch waist. Michael’s last exam was a sports physical while he was in high school so today’s visit would much more thorough and adult in nature.

Michael’s body is kept in a natural state but as his chest has not sprouted hairs as of yet, it is fairly barren with a bit of a happy trail which descends into his loose fitting boxers. I rapidly moved through the steps of his exam which would ultimately lead to the removal of his boxers. When requested, Michael stood up and slipped them down and off. His penis, while still flaccid was in a bit of a semi-aroused state. As I examined his scrotum, I provided information to him about what I was doing and how it was important for him to continue on his own each month to examine his own testicles. His penis began to lengthen due to my manipulations.

Kneeling on the exam table, I first palpated his spine and lower back. Reaching for both the thermometer and lubricant, I was able to secure entry to his very tight rectum after several attempts to do so. Michael clearly was not used to this type of intrusion. I fully expected some resistance but owing to his polite, country boy manner, I was able to slide my lubricated finger deep into his bowels to give him his first prostate examination. I had him extremely well positioned on the exam table as I was able to easily locate his prostate and while he remained stoically silent, his penis responded and became fully erect. I continue the rectal exploration with him while he was in a different position with the same results, his penis remained rigid. The collection of a urethral culture did cause him an amount of discomfort and also caused the rapid deflation of his penis.

Since, the semen extraction and collection is an integral part of all my physical examinations. I chose to not ask him to masturbate for me since he has never performed it on his own. Rather, I just handed Michael a collection dish and took to the task at hand myself….so to speak. Michael’s penis quickly responded and began to thicken. It grew in girth much more so than it gained in length. It was measured at 6 1/2 inches long with a 6 inch girth.

As he did not know how to react and I thought it pointless to ask him….what technique he preferred in his own masturbation experiences, I tried a variety of different techniques to assist him towards ejaculation. Fast, slow, attention to the shaft, the head, the scrotum, the perineum….all different techniques which have worked well with other patients. In school, aside from football, Keith also played baseball and is an avid snowboarder. It was football and snowboarding that reeked the most havoc onto his body with injuries. Torn cartilage in his knees while playing as a football running back and a broken wrist and fingers from his activity on the slopes.

It has been a few years since Keith has had a complete physical exam and quite possibly, this will be his most comprehensive physical to date. Clad is only his briefs, I begin his exam. Keith has some serious dental issues as he is missing most of the upper plate of his teeth. From what little that I have gathered about him thus far, he has had a few brushes with law enforcement and that coupled with various bar room brawls, does not lend itself to good dental health.

Keith’s body matured at a normal rate during his teen years and he was slightly ahead of his peers on the secondary traits of his adolescent development. He remembers dark chest hairs appearing on his body during his 15th and 16th years. The remainder of Keith’s body is in its natural state. The pattern of chest hairs now have fully taken root and a lush growth of hairs covering his pubic area, his genitals, legs and buttocks.

Keith’s penis began to plump a bit as I started to move into the lower quadrant of his body. I could discern some movement in the encased genitals which were tightly held by briefs. Sliding them off and removing them, I had Keith’s naked form step onto the scale to record a measurement of 162 pounds on his 5’10″ frame. Standing at the exam table now, I began Keith’s genital exam. His testicles are about the size of pecans and I meticulously examined each testis and explained to him what I was checking for. His scrotum is somewhat retracted indicating he is either cold or nervous.

Mounted on the exam table, I palpated his shoulders and spine, parted open his hairy buttocks, and then lubricated a thermometer in preparation of a rectal temperature reading. I succeeded in fully inserting the thermometer and received a very loud, Oh oh oh…… from Keith. There was no indication of pleasure, just pain, as I continued and provided Keith with his first memory of a prostate examination. He joked afterward about his father mentioning the prostate check experience and now Keith knows what his dad experienced first hand.

Today’s office visit concluded with an assisted semen extraction.

When I asked him what sport that he participated in while he was in high school, 18 year old Craig Kimble told me that it was football. He has the “soap opera” star stubble of a beard on his chin, a tanned body, bright white teeth which form an engaging smile, and a closely trimmed sculptured hair cut which frame his good looking features. Which position did you play, I asked. To which he replied, quarterback. Of course, with his looks and smile, that was the logical choice.

During his school years, Craig received his sport-related physicals  on school property, with privacy curtains assembled about the gymnasium. Craig and his teammates stood around clad in their boxers, waiting their turn to be subjected by the groping from the school district doctor. Craig was able to maintain his composure at the school hosted exam and with that memory still fresh on his mind, he was also able to stay calm during my exam as well. He did however, have an embarassing school incident when his teenaged member sprung to a full erection in the shower room after football practice.

My exams tend to be a bit more thorough then what any athlete would normally experience during a school sponsored athletic physical. I did take the time the to explain the proper method for a testicular self-examination, an activity that should be conducted on a maturing 18 year old patient, whenever possible to do so.

Craig received his first “doctor” performed rectal examination. A lot of information can be obtained just from the observation of a patient’s body language throughout an examination. Craig instinctively knew how to mount and position himself on the exam table. His buttocks parted open and revealed a shaved puckered anus, awaiting a thorough exploration. For most patients, the insertion of my finger and the probing of their most intimate parts are normally greeted with sharp intakes of breath followed by grunts and other guttural sounds of pain. My exploration into Craig was welcomed with a smile and a bigger smile when I confirmed that I was indeed massaging his prostate with my encased finger.

I noticed a clear drop of seminal fluid clinging to the tip of Craig’s penis as I began the process of collecting a urethral sample. The insertion of the cotton tip instrument into his urethra did illicit a grimace followed by a sharp grunt of pain, followed by the welcome release when I was finished and withdrew it.

For the exam conclusion, Craig continued on his own and splattered himself with a large semen sample which he was able to collect in the specimen dish for our lab.

He is slight of stature, weighing in at a mere 112 pounds and standing tall at 5″08″. In school, David took part in gymnastics and soccer, which owing to his body frame, were probably good choices for him. His gymnastic specialty was the pommel horse.

David is straight, has never had a male sexual experience, but there is something decidedly delicate about him. If talking could be considered a sport, David would most likely be an all star as he is an eager conversationalist. David’s body is naturally smooth, no chest hair development whatsoever with wisps of underarm hair. His calves exhibit hair growth while his pubic region has been neatly clipped and shaved with a mound surrounding his maleness.

David has an uncircumcised penis and while I fully meant to examine it in its repose, I was never able to do so. Upon removing his boxers to start the genital exam, David was already in a semi-rigid condition. I few harmless and casual bumps against his maleness and I was rewarded with a fully aroused penis. David’s penis curves in a large, downward arch, one in which his female companions must have found as a desirable position to give him oral gratification. I instructed David in the self-testicular exam procedures before instructing him to return to the examination table.

Positioning him onto his hands and knees, I first palpate his spine and lower back, noting how barren and devoid of hair the crevice between his buttocks, truly is. Parting his buttocks ever so slightly, the pink flesh of his anus displayed itself. David was an exceptionally docile patient and while it was first time to be examined in such a manner, I was able to fully inspect and probe his rectum with first my finger and then an anoscope. His penis was freely leaking seminal fluid which, while it still gave him discomfort, did allow for the easy insertion and collection of a urethral specimen.

David concluded today’s office visit in a solitary manner and produced a creamy white specimen for our laboratory.
